Full Course Description

The Dynamic Supervisor is an interactive online training designed to fulfill the BACB 8-hour supervision training requirement. Developed through collaboration between Florida Institute of Technology and ABA Technologies, Inc., the course is based on the BACB Supervisor Training Curriculum Outline (2.0) and prepares behavior analysts to implement effective, ethical, and evidence-based supervision practices.

Moving beyond traditional supervision instruction, the course combines research-based content with practical application. Participants learn from recognized leaders in behavior analysis who share real-world strategies, tools, and decision-making frameworks used in contemporary supervision settings.

Learners gain access to templates, checklists, supervision resources, and applied activities designed to support immediate implementation in professional practice.
