BASA 2026: Supervision Training and Leadership - PDP0919-202607-01
Starts Feb 20, 2026
4.5 credits
Full course description
The theme of this year’s Behavior Analysis Student Association conference is “Supervision Training and Leadership.” Behavior analysis in practice involves having a sound organizational structure beyond individual one-on-one work with a client. Effective use of Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) is imperative to facilitate effective staff training and service delivery. The goal of this year’s conference is to highlight successful training and leaderships practices used across multiple settings. We have invited several prominent practitioners to talk about their work on this subject. Presentation topics include teaching complex professional repertoires to human-service professionals, how to build and establish ethical practices and networks, how behavior analysis was integrated into a pediatric hospital setting, and how artificial intelligence can be implemented in behavior analytic settings. We hope that this conference will serve as a platform to bring attention to these topics and that our attendees will walk away with a new perspective that they can bring into life and practice.
